The first part of the package manager page controls which services (modules) are being offered with each package, the package type, various date settings, and website posting options. These settings combine to create the booking process that the customer will experience.
The following image will act as a guide to the article. Each option is labeled with a number, that corresponds to a detailed description in the article. The points of reference beneath the image will take you directly to the corresponding article section.

Package Name
Title of the package, that is visible to the customer throughout the booking process.

Package Type
Labels each package as a Special, Golf Package, or Tee Time Promotion. The different package types should be used as follows:
Special*- Services sold: accommodations and/ or additional services.
Golf Package* -Services sold: accommodations and golf, but can also include additional services.
Tee Time Promotion* - Services sold: Tee Times only.
N/A - This setting should only be used with the default system package. -
Additional Services
If the package being created will sell additional services select the check box.

Calendar Dates
Valid date range of the package. Based on the date range setting, days that are not valid will appear muted in the date selection calendars.
Start/End Days Out
Create a rolling/dynamic special that is only good for a moving span of days. -
Display date range
Controls package visibility on the Specials, Golf Packages, or Tee Time Promotions page.

Arrival Days Allowed
Restricts the check-in date to certain days of week. This option can be used to create a special that is valid for customers that check-in on a Sunday.

Rates from
Describes the base price of a package on the Specials, Golf Packages, or Tee Time Promotions page. This field is for descriptive purposes only and has no actual affect on pricing.

Post to page
Posts the package to the Specials, Golf Packages, or Tee Times Promotions page. A package can only be displayed on one of these pages. You also have the ability to post to none.

Bookable online
Controls the ability to book the package online. If a package is disabled, but is still displaying on one of the package pages, the following message will be displayed:

Custom message displayed while the booking engine is transitioning between the services to sell.
