Additional Services - IQware Interface

The additional services section of the intranet is used to create additional items for sale with a package.   Some examples of additional services to sell include theater tickets, lift tickets, and breakfast vouchers.* The following image will act as a guide to the additional services options.  

1. Name

   Enter the name of the additional service. This name will be displayed on the "add on" section of the booking engine. There is a blank for the name in English and French.

2. Description

   Enter the plain text description of the additional service to sell. There is a blank for the description in English and French. 

   
   

3. Extended Description

   Enter the extended description of the additional service to sell. You can use the WYSIWYG editor to add styles to your text. There is a blank for the description in English and French. 
   
   
   The below items are found in the above screenshot in order.

4. Send Confirmation Email To

   Enter an email address to be notified when this additional service is booked.

5. Image

   Select an image to upload that will be displayed as the additional service thumbnail. 

6. Disabled

   Controls whether or not an additional service is active on the system.

7. Rack Rate - Adult

   The price for the additional service per adult. 

8. Customize Adult Label

   If needed, give the service a label specifically for adults in English and/or French.

9. Rack Rate - Child

   The price for the additional service per adult. 

10. Mark as Damage Waiver

    If this needs to be treated as a damage waiver, select yes from the drop down. 

11. Booked Days Out Limit

    Set a minimum number of days out from consumption that an additional service can be booked.

12. Update Age Categories

    Controls whether or not the system displays multiple price ranges depending on age.  These price ranges are pulled from the PMS  and are not configured in  the additional services intranet.

13. Max Allowed Quantity

    Set the maximum number of times an additional service can be booked per reservation.
