Retrieve Reservations

The Retrieve Reservations section of the intranet is used to pull a report of all reservations based on a series of criteria.  This report can be pulled by booked date range, confirmation number, guest name, guest email, or guest phone. 

Another interesting feature is the ability  to search for reservations by package.  The ability to search by a specific package gives the ability to track the progress of a new promotion.

The resulting report will consist of separate blocks of information for each reservation.  These blocks include package name, booked and arrival dates, room choice, guest counts, room rates, and the guests contact information.  Each reservation can be printed in pdf format.
