ImportRatesAndRoomsTypesDetails

Added a simple rates import using *ImportRatesAndRoomsTypesDetails*. 
The import uses *Rate Sync Default Rate Code* which can be entered in the 
support tool for iqware clients.

The widget calendar will now use these rates when the default rate code is 
set using the url var showRates.

The calendar will now also show any number of months based on the url var * 
numMonths.*
