This portion of the intranet creates groups and assigns rooms to the groups. These groups are used to sort the available room types or groups on the room results page.
The first image is an example of the groups usage on the room results page. The following image will act as a guide to the article.

ADD/EDIT
To add or edit a group click the Add/Edit button and the following screen will appear. From this screen you can control every group and select which rooms, from the list, should be listed under each group.

View
Use the view button to access an overall mapping view of existing groups and the room types associated with them.

Order Groups
Set the order that the groups will appear on the room results page. Use the following grid to set the order of the groups.

Order Rooms in Group
Set the order that rooms inside each group will be displayed. Use the following grid to set the rooms order.

Overall view of each group and the rooms assigned to each group.
