globalRoomDisplayNumber

Added globalRoomDisplayNumber to hotels table, this is settable per 
individual client on the intranet Units -> Global Search Room Order. This 
limits the initial number of rooms shown per property. Clicking "Show 
More" will expand the table to show all room types.

If this number has not been set, then the initial number of rooms will 
default to the number of rooms that have a web order assigned or 3 if none 
have yet been assigned.
